Michael and Maria Miller announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Samantha Miller, to David Trapp of Tehachapi.

Julie is a graduate of Tehachapi High School and currently is a groomer at Tehachapi Pet Lodge. David is the son of Larry and Merryl Trapp. He also is a graduate of Tehachapi High School and is currently employed as a dental hygienist's assistant at Capital Dental in Bakersfield.

A September wedding is planned.
