In Memory of Paul Stephen Marks

0 responses 0 comments Paul Stephen Marks, 57, a resident of Tehachapi for 18 years, was born in Inglewood on July 24, 1948 and passed on April 11, at UCLA Medical Center.

Paul is survived by his wife, Lori of Tehachapi; daughters, Christal of Ventura, Elisabeth and husband Jeff of New York City; son Jeremiah and wife Shelly of Simi Valley; grandchildren Tyler and Grace; mother Carolyn of Hawthorne; and sister Sharyl and her husband John of Agoura Hills.

Paul Marks was a compassionate, giving, supportive and devoted father and loving husband. His most obvious feature was his smile, which was often coupled with his boisterous laughter. The strength of his belief in God was infectious.

For eight years he owned and operated Wood Specialities in Tehachapi, which will continue to serve the community under the management of Gabriel Stevens and Paul’s family.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 15, at Country Oaks Baptist Church.
