Since the Beautification Program was effected by our City Council, I hadn't even noticed the Star embedded in the middie of the pavement at Green Street and Tehachapi Boulevard.
Silly me -- for looking at 3-way traffic at the intersection, rather than looking down at the Star embedded...

Okay, be honest, if you're not already going to city council and other local govt. meetings are you going to sit at home and watch them if they are broadcast on TV? If so, how many of those concerned citizens actually get the govt. channel - whatever it is ? I don't.
