Too often I am driving or riding, and I see a COMPLETE FAILURE of the public to yield or pull over and give the Right-of-Way to Emergency Vehicles. I do not understand why it is so hard to hear or see a Very Large Fire Engine or Ambulance with their Very Loud Sirens and Very Bright...
