Tehachapi Community Theatre is excited to present "A Christmas Story" at the beautiful Beekay Theatre, 110 S. Green St.
The play, written by Philip Grecian and based upon the well-known and loved motion picture of the same name, is about Little Ralphie, who longs to get a Red Ryder 200-Shot Carbine Action Range Model Air Rifle for Christmas.
Directors Heather Ringle and David Reed have assembled an outstanding cast to portray the characters of Ralphie Parker, his mother, his father, his little brother Randy, his teacher Miss Shields, his classmates Flick, Schwartz, Esther and Helen, the bully Scut Farkas and Santa Claus.
This family-friendly play runs the weekend of Thanksgiving, which makes a great outing for family and friends visiting from out of town. Don't wait, get your tickets early as those performances fill up fast.
