Tehachapi Community Theatre’s young adult division, TCT Too, will continue its production of the Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic “Treasure Island,” a tale of pirates and buried treasure, sword fights, gun battles and outrageous fun.
Everyone who attends will receive a bit of treasure from Long John Silver’s chest as a souvenir of the show, which plays Fridays and Saturdays at 7 p.m., on July 18, 19, 25 and 26. Sunday matinees will be held at 2 p.m., on July 20 and 27, all at the BeeKay Theatre. The play is suitable for children ages 5 and up, with all seats priced at $10.
In addition to sharing in the treasure, audiences will also find surprises in the cast of 21 Tehachapi young adults.
