Tehachapi Police Department: Nothing reported.

Bear Valley Springs Police Department:

Jan. 27, 2014

9:28 a.m. Suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Ryder Cup Lane.  Disposition: Checks Ok.

3:18 p.m. Theft of mail. Occurred on Skyline Drive. Reporting person was expecting a jacket from her daughter last month in December.  Disposition: Report taken.

Kern County Sheriff Tehachapi Substation: Between Jan. 27 and the morning of Jan. 28, the Kern County Sheriff's Department responded to 19 incidents, including a grand theft investigation in Alpine Forest.
