Tehachapi Police Department:

Dec. 27, 2013

4:42 a.m. Traffic Stop. Officer initiated activity at Sunrise Way South Curry Street. Disposition: Arrest Made.

10:49 a.m. Vandalism against person or property of another. Occurred on Beech Street. Kids throwing stuff at her house and destroying house. Would like contact with officer. She is deaf so son will be there to translate. Disposition: Advised.

2:35 p.m. Petty theft less than $400. Occurred at USA Gas on Tucker Road. Two white male juveniles stole roll of chewing tobacco - one wearing red hoodie and jean pants with shorter hair, other wearing forest green colored shirt and blue jeans, occurred at 2:12 p.m., left in a white GMC sierra partial plate of ____, left toward Valley unknown direction. Reporting person has video of them taking product. Disposition: Report Taken.

Dec. 28, 2013

3:13 p.m. Auto accident - minor injuries. Occurred at Tucker Road and West Valley Boulevard. Cellular E911 Call: black Buick/silver truck blocking roadway. Driver of Buick complaining of neck pain, vehicles blocking roadway. Disposition: Report Taken.

6:30 p.m. Traffic Stop. Officer initiated activity at West "H" Street Norht Green Street. Disposition: Arrest Made.

10:27 p.m. Shots fired/head. Occurred on Sherwood Place. Cellular E911 Call:  heard one gunshot, approximately one minute ago, unknown direction, Reporting person stating her neighbor sent her a text message approximately 20 minutes prior to hearing the gunshot telling her that he saw a car drive by slowly by her vehicle. Dispatch contacted and he stated he saw a small silver vehicle drive by reporting person's vehicle occupied by three white males, with loud rap/hip hop music in the area, the male subjects then came and pounded on door, went to the door with his gun, he told the male subjects to leave the area, vehicle last seen in the area of Elm Street. Disposition: Checks Ok.

Dec. 29, 2013

2:45 p.m. Vandalism against person or property of another. Occurred on Beech Street. Service Class: RESD, broken windows. Disposition: Report Taken.

5:32 p.m. Officer initiated activity at Oakwood Street and West Valley Boulevard. Disposition: Arrest Made.

Bear Valley Springs Police Department:

Dec. 27, 2013

4:00 p.m. Bear Valley CSD ordinance. Occurred at Cub Lake on Bear Valley Road. Male walking two golden retrievers without leashes on the walking path. Disposition: Unable to Locate.

8:31 p.m. Fire occurred on Cumberland Road. House on fire. Disposition: Assisted other agency.

Dec. 28, 2013

6:37 a.m. Water Department Service. Occurred on El Rancho Drive. Water coming out of pipe at house, reporting person does not know how to shut off main, can't get ahold of home owner. Disposition: Turn over to other agency.

Kern County Sheriff Tehachapi Substation: Nothing reported.

Stallion Springs Police Department: Nothing reported.

California Highway Patrol: Nothing reported.
