Tehachapi Police Department:
Sept. 17, 2013
1:13 p.m. Threats death/bodily injury occurred on Capital Hills Parkway. Secondhand information reporting disorderly person making threats to kill reporting party's mother. Assignment completed.
3:57 p.m. Disturbing the peace occurred on Bartlett Street. Female disturbing city crew. Assignment completed.
8:07 p.m. Disturbing the peace occurred at Tehachapi Hospital. Female is in the lobby stating she is going to hurt everyone. No weapons seen. Was being treated in the ER for an unknown condition and states she doesn't know where she is or know anyone in the area. Suspect is black female, 19-years-old from California City. Arrest made.
11:01 p.m. Auto accident - minor injuries occurred on Highway 202. Single vehicle westbound 202 off-ramp. Female is out of the vehicle, but is complaining of head pain. Car is blocking the roadway. Assisted.
Bear Valley Springs Police Department:
Sept. 17 2013
10:35 p.m. Vandalism against person or property of another occurred on Lakeview Drive. States her friend's car was parked next door in the driveway of a vacant home and the rear window was smashed. Report taken.
Kern County Sheriff Tehachapi Substation: Nothing reported.
Stallion Springs Police Department: Nothing reported.
California Highway Patrol: Nothing reported.
The National Weather Service in Hanford provides the following forecast for the Tehachapi area:
This afternoon: Sunny, with a high near 77. West northwest wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 15 mph.
Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 51. West northwest wind 5 to 15 mph.
Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 84. North northwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming east southeast in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph.
Thursday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 55. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light and variable in the evening
The remainder of the week is forecasted to remain sunny and clear, with highs on Friday in the low 80s dipping to the mid 70s by the weeekend.

• The Tehachapi Valley Healthcare District will hold its regular board of directors meeting at 6 p.m. tonight at the Golden Hills Community Services District building, 21415 Reeves St. The agenda has not yet been distributed.
•The Tehachapi-Cummings County Water District board of directors meets at 4 p.m. tonight at the district headqarters, 22901 Banducci Road.
• Directors from the Golden Hills CSD will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, at CSD building, 21415 Reeves St.
• The next Airport Commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 8 at the Pilot's Lounge, 314 N. Hayes St.
