Tehachapi Police Department:
Sept. 19, 2013
7:09 a.m. Auto accident - minor injuries occurred on East Tehachapi Boulevard. Pedestrian hit by a vehicle. Assignment completed.
11:04 a.m. Battery on South Dennison Road. Assignment completed.
11:12 a.m. Pedestrian check on West “D” Street. Arrest made.
2:12 p.m. Suspicious person occurred at Tehachapi Unified School District on South Robinson Street. At bustop, white male approximately 50-year-old in a Chrysler 300. Has been there the last four days, gets there approx five minutes before bus. Parks where children have to walk in front of his vehicle, then leaves without picking up a child approximately five minutes after bus leaves. Checks ok.
3:15 p.m. Trespassing occurred on West “E” Street. Occupants were evicted, have now returned, are breaking boards on building trying to gain entry. Realtor has proof of eviction. Assignment completed.
Bear Valley Springs Police Department:
Sept. 19, 2013
11:36 a.m. Vehicle Fire at town center. Situation resolved.
11:39 a.m Any civil problem occurred on Pinedale Drive. Problem with a neighbor. Assignment completed.
2:48 a.m. Suspicious circumstances occurred on Paramount Drive. Employee states the house should be vacant, various cars in the driveway. Did not go further on the property, black wild pig also on the property. Assignment completed.
1:01p.m. Grand theft report occurred on Meadow Lakes Drive. Past occurred, queen size mattress and box spring taken from garage sometime during the night through this morning. Assignment completed.
6:54 p.m. Suspicious circumstances occurred on Columbia Way. Two subject on horses in pasture, residents are out of state. No further action required .
Sept. 20, 2013
1:52 a.m. Traffic stop at Brentwood Drive and Elm Street. Arrest made.
5:55 a.m. Traffic hazard occurred at Banducci Road and Alps Drive. Dead deer in the roadway. Turn over.
Kern County Sheriff Tehachapi Substation: Nothing reported.
Stallion Springs Police Department: Nothing reported.
California Highway Patrol: Nothing reported.

• The Golden Hills Community Services District is holding a public workshop regarding its solid wast collection management at 6 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 23, at the CSD building, 21414 Reeeve St.
• Trustees of the Tehachapi Unified School District will meet at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at the Claude L. Wells Education Center, 300 S. Robinson St.
• The Kern County Local Agency Formation Commission will meet on Wednesday, Sept. 25, to decide if it will reverse its prior decesion to allow the Golden Hills CSD power over its solid waste management collection. The meeting will be held in the Kern County Board of Supervisors chambers, 1115 Truxtun Ave., in Bakersfield.
• The next Airport Commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 8 at the Pilot's Lounge, 314 N. Hayes St.
