Tehachapi Police Department:

June 11, 2014

2:36 a.m. Sexual assault, occurred on South Curry Street. 21-year-old male (known suspect), no medical attention required. Disturbing party fled possibly in a purple Jeep Cherokee with soft top/older model. Disposition: Assignment completed.

3:35 a.m. Follow up. Occurred on Campo Court. States his girlfriend's stolen phone was just turned on at that location. Disposition: Information only.

7:57 a.m. Warrant service, officer initiated activity at Beech Street. Disposition: Assignment completed.

11:31 a.m. Auto accident, minor injuries. Occurred on Highline Road. Courtesy report. Disposition: Report taken.

11:46 a.m. Disturbing the peace. Occurred at Tehachapi Police Department on West "C" Street. Counter- Disturbance between female and male. Male half is at police department requesting keep the peace to retrieve items from the house. Disposition: No further action required.

12:43 p.m. Accident with no details. Occurred at Tehachapi Hospital on West "E" Street. Female in the ER stating she was hit by a car on Pauly Street last night while riding her bike. she did not report it. Disposition: Report taken.

12:44 p.m. Burglary, inhabited. Occurred on North Curry Street. Cellular 9-1-1 Call: Two females on hoping the fence and heard breaking noises. Disposition: Non moving citation.

2:41 p.m. Found property. Occurred on West "J" Street. Found a mason jar half full, possibly contains marijuana. Disposition: Report taken.

3:21 p.m. Welfare request check, occurred at VFW Tehachapi Mt. Post on West Tehachapi Boulevard. Report of a female sitting on the bench across the street screaming and yelling, possible crazy, white female with black hair wearing beige shirt. Disposition: Checks OK.

3:42 p.m. Vandalism against another, occurred on East "F" Street. Just occurred, vandalism juveniles threw stuff on the tables, threw sodas at the door, cursed at owners, eight juveniles on bikes and skateboards all wearing black T-shirts and baseball caps, Disposition: Report taken.

5:15 p.m. Traffic hazard. Occurred at Love's Truck Stop on East Tehachapi Boulevard. West bound lane semi blocking traffic. Disposition: Assignment completed.

5:16 p.m. Traffic stop. Occurred at Save Mart on Tucker Road. Road rage occurred between reporting party and Mazda grey car. Disturbing party was observed talking on cell phone and obscene gestures. Disposition: Checks OK.

6:39 p.m. Trespassing. Occurred on Kelton Street. Malicious mischief to a vacant house. Neighbor heard glass break, possibly the next door neighbor children maliciousiously mischiefed the house. Disturbing parties live at Kelton, three juveniles, one female and two males. Disposition: Information only.

7:47 p.m. Reckless driving, occurred at South Snyder Avenue/Anita Drive. Secondhand info given, on Synder, primered sedan and white pick up truck were driving on the wrong side of the road. Disposition: Information only.

8:43 p.m. Suspicious person. Occurred at St Malachys Church on South Mill Street/West "D" Street. Hispanic male, 5'7", short hair, wearing all dark clothing, was seen loitering in the church parking lot, and is now sitting at Mill/"D" Street. Disposition: Unable to locate.

June 12, 2014

12:28 a.m. Disturbing the peace. Occurred at West "D" Street/South Pauley Street. Verbal, has been occurring for the last 15 minutes, yelling. Disposition: No further action required.

1:01 a.m. Disturbing the peace, occurred at Indian Creek Villas on Tucker Road. Loud subjects talking, laughing and banging on the walls. Disposition: Quiet on departure.

2:49 a.m. Vicious, barking, biting, etc. Occurred at Carroll Way/South Mill Street.
states the dogs have been barking since 9 a.m. this morning. Disposition: Unable to locate.

8:02 a.m. Petty theft report, occurred at Tehachapi Police Department on East "F" Street. Counter Report. Disposition: Report taken.

9:42 a.m. Vandalism against property. Officer initiated activity at Maple Street/Mill Street. Profane graffiti on the sidewalk. Disposition: Assignment completed.

11:30 a.m. Fraud using personal information, occurred at Tehachapi Police Department on West "C" Street. Disposition: Report taken.

12:40 p.m. Traffic hazard, occurred at East Tehachapi Boulevard/South Dennison Road. Big rig blocking traffic. Disposition: Unable to locate.

12:49 p.m. Warrant service, officer initiated activity at West Sutter Street. Disposition: Arrest made.

3:30 p.m. Missing person, occurred at Tehachapi Police Department on West "C" Street. Missing juvenile, last seen at 10:30 a.m. Disposition: Report taken.

5:03 p.m. Missing person locate, occurred at Tehachapi Automotive on West Tehachapi Boulevard. Daughter has returned. Disposition: Assignment completed.

6:51 p.m. Welfare check request, occurred at Orchard Apartments on North Mill Street. Check the welfare on father. Disposition: Checks OK.

7:59 p.m. Suspicious person, occurred at Tehachapi Police Department on East "F" Street. The old police station east side door is open. Disposition: Assignment completed.

8:03 p.m. Traffic hazard, occurred on West "D" Street. A tree branch has fallen to the roadway. Disposition: Turn over to.

11:31 p.m. Peace disturbance music, occurred on Valerie Lane. Loud party, possible underage drinking. Disposition: Advised.

June 11, 2014

10:14 a.m. 9-1-1 Hang up. Occurred at California Correctional Institution on Highway 202. CCI report an alarm going off, will check with watch commander. Disposition: Turn over to.

10:47 a.m. Vandalism against person or property of another, occurred at South Pauley Street/West Tehachapi Boulevard. Broken window on passer by vehicle. Disposition: Negative Contact.

12:05 p.m. 9-1-1 Hang up. Occurred at California Correctional Institution on Highway 202. Watch commander was contacted and will contact the responsible party. Disposition: Turn over to.

1:09 p.m. 9-1-1 Hang up. Occurred on El Rancho Drive. Cellular 9-1-1 Call: No voice contact, could hear voices in background, sounds like work in the background. Unable to call back. Disposition: Negative contact.

3:32 p.m. Bear Valley CSD ordinance. Occurred at Cumberland Road/Saddleback Drive. Male juvenile driving a mini bike driving up down the street, bike description with a yellow gas tank, driver is wearing a black helmet. Disposition: Unable to locate.
