Jan. 17, 2014

10:57 a.m. Vandalism against person or property of another. Occurred on South Mill Street. Broken window on a 5th wheel trailer, possibly occurred yesterday. Disposition: Assignment Completed.

12:46 p.m. Vandalism against person or property of another. Occurred at South Curry Street and West "B" Street. Detaining a subject for carving in a tree on city property. Disposition: Advised.

6:32 p.m. Disturbing the peace. Occurred on Pepper Drive. Subjects are throwing eggs at the rear windows from the city park. Reporting person does not have a visual. Disposition: Assignment Completed.

Jan. 18, 2014

1:39 p.m. Petty theft less than $400.Occurred on Aspen Drive. Son's bike was stolen and the reporting person knows who has it/ it is at a house on Aspen, make contact with reporting person for further information. Disposition: Unable to Locate.

8:11 p.m. Driving under the influence. Occurred at West Tehachapi Boulevardd and Tucker Road. Silver Mitsubishi, no plate, left the Kmart parking lot, headed west on Tehachapi Boulevard. older male driver, wearing a hat, was limping, possible HBD. Disposition: Unable to Locate.

Jan. 19, 2014

4:27 a.m. Trespassing. Officer initiated activity at Monolith Street. Possibly six subject on a train near the cement plant. Disposition: Arrest Made.

3:13 p.m. Vandalism against person or property of another. Occurred at Indian Creek Villas on Tucker Road. Black male adult with curly hair threw gasoline at the reporting person’s truck, wearing gray sweater in the company of an older grey and blue Chevy pick up. Reporting peron is following the subject southbound through the field between Cherry Lane and Highline Road. Disposition: Report Taken.

Bear Valley Springs Police Department:

Jan. 17, 2014

5:26 p.m. Occurred at Bear Valley Police Department on Bear Valley Road. Theft from mailbox on December 27. Disposition: Report Taken.

9:27 p.m. Suspicious circumstance. Occurred on Ironwood Court. Reporting person hears noises outside window. Reporting person believes someone was in the house. Disposition: Checks Ok.

10:12 p.m. Disturbing the peace. Occurred on Martingale Way. Barking dog across from 24201 Martingale Way. Disposition: Checks Ok.

Jan. 18, 2014

8:17 p.m. Traffic stop. Officer initiated activity at Dart Drive and Cumberland Road. Disposition: Arrest Made.

3:39 p.m. Theft of mail. Occurred on Lakeview Drive. Mail order prescription has been tampered with. Disposition: Information Only.

5:01 p.m. Warrant service. Officer initiated activity at Jacaranda Drive. Disposition: Arrest Made.

Kern County Sheriff Tehachapi Substation: Nothing reported.

Stallion Springs Police Department: Nothing reported.

California Highway Patrol: Nothing reported.
