Nov. 19, 2013
12:20 a.m. Pedestrian check. Officer initiated activity at Fast Trip on Tucker Road. Disposition: Arrest Made.
8:35 a.m. Petty theft report. Occurred on West "E" Street. Someone stole his Visa debit card. Disposition: Report taken.
9:39 a.m. Burglary report. Occurred on Cherry Lane. Two trailers had been broken into. Disposition: Report Taken.
10:08 a.m. Stolen Vehicle Report. Occurred on East Tehachapi Blvd. Past occurred- enclosed trailer was stolen was parked a month ago, last seen two weeks ago at approximately at noon. Disposition: Report taken.
1:42 p.m. Traffic stop. Officer initiated activity at Tucker Road/West Valley Blvd. Disposition: Arrest Made.
Bear Valley Springs Police Department:
Nov. 19, 2013
9:12 a.m. Theft of mail. Occurred on Sunland Way. Reporting person was expecting coffee maker and he did not receive it. The post office said it was delivered. Disposition: Report Taken.
4:43 p.m. Defrauding an innkeeper. Occurred at Bear Valley Country Store on Bear Valley Road. Disturbing party had called store owner attempting to ask for money. Disposition: Assisted.
Kern County Sheriff Tehachapi Substation:
Between Nov. 19 and the morning of Nov. 20, the Kern County Sherriff's Department responded to 14 incidents, including two petty theft investigations in Golden Hills.
Stallion Springs Police Department: Nothing reported.
California Highway Patrol: Nothing reported.
This afternoon: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 54. Breezy, with a west northwest wind 15 to 20 mph.
Tonight: A 30 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 37. West northwest wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
Thursday: A 40 percent chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 52. West northwest wind around 10 mph, with gusts as high as 15 mph.
Thursday night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 32. East northeast wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
A 20 percent chance of showers is forecasted for Thursday, before skies clear to mostly sunny on Friday. Temperatures will peak in the 50s, while nighttime lows continue in the 30s.

• On Wednesday, Nov. 20, at 6 p.m., the Tehachapi Valley Healthcare District board of directors will meet at the Golden Hills Community Services District building, 21415 Reeves St.
• The Tehachapi Cummings County Water District will meet at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20, at 22901 Banducci Road.
