Nov. 20, 2013
8:31 a.m. Threats of death/bodily injury occurred on Valley Blvd. A white male, 5'7, 260 lbs, brown hair, beard, wearing a gray benz shirt with orange stripes, drives a dark green Honda type hatchback, orange rims, made verbal threats to manager and another employee that he was going to get his shotgun "and kill everybody." Left approximately 5 minutes ago from the business. Has been suspended for three days and has problems with the manager in the past. Had problems yesterday and this morning with another employee and made threats to take him across the street and to beat him up, which resulted in his suspension today. Disposition: Arrest Made.
3:29 p.m. Health and safety. Officer initiated activity at Tompkins Elementar. Report of a student on bus has marijuana. Disposition: Arrest Made.
Bear Valley Springs Police Department: Nothing reported.
Kern County Sheriff Tehachapi Substation:
Between Nov. 20 and the morning of Nov. 21, the Kern County Sherriff's Department responded to 13 incidents, including a stolen vehicle investigation in Cummings Valley.
Stallion Springs Police Department: Nothing reported.
California Highway Patrol: Nothing reported.
Today: A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 10am. Cloudy, with a high near 51. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Friday night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 33. Breezy, with an east northeast wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
