Tehachapi Police Department:

Feb. 20, 2014

10:29 a.m. Suspicious circumstances. Occurred on West Tehachapi Boulevard. Three holes in front door window, appear to be bullet holes. Disposition: Report Taken. BB gun.

2:54 p.m. Auto accident - no injuries/property. Occurred on Brentwood Drive. Disposition: Report taken.

Bear Valley Springs Police Department:

Feb. 20, 2014

6:02 p.m. Water alarm. Reporting person advised the well above his house is empty and he has very little water pressure. Disposition: Turn over to other agency.

Kern County Sheriff Tehachapi Substation: Between Feb. 20 and the morning of Feb. 21, the Kern County Sheriff's Department responded to 24 incidents, including a burglary investigation in Golden Hills.

Stallion Springs Police Department: Nothing reported.

California Highway Patrol: Nothing reported.

Today: Sunny, with a high near 62. West northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 38. West wind 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 63. West northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 38. North northwest wind 5 to 15 mph.

UPCOMING EVENTS

• Ernest Troost, award-winning singer-songwriter is playing at Fiddlers Crossing on Saturday, Feb. 22, starting at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15.

• A Company of Wayward Saints at the Beekay Theatre on Friday, Feb. 21 and Saturday, Feb. 22 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15. A performance on Sunday, Feb. 23 begins at 2 p.m.

• Ballroom Dancing at West Park Activities Center every Monday, starting Feb. 24. Beginners classes start start at 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Intermediate classes go from 7:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Classes cost $50 per person for six one-hour classes.

Wrestling – CIF Valley Championships (9 a.m.) at East High this Friday-Saturday, Feb. 21-22.

Baseball – Varsity at North-Terrio Spring Classic vs. Centennial (10 a.m.) and Stockdale (2 p.m.) at Sam Lynn Ball Park this Saturday, Feb. 22.
