Aug. 30, 2013
1:32 a.m. Traffic stop at South Mill Street and Tehachapi Boulevard. Arrest made.
9:13 a.m. Disobedience of court order occurred on North Mill Street. Occurring upstairs from reporting party. Male vs. female verbal. Arrest made.
12:23 p.m. Health & safety on South Dennison Road. Marijuana. Arrest made.
12:44 p.m. Pedestrian check on South Green Street. Arrest made.
5:02 p.m. Traffic stop on East Tehachapi Boulevard. Arrest made.
Aug. 31, 2013
12:02 a.m. Assist other agencies occurred on Ryder Cup Lane. Subject took his two children, 5-year-old boy and 4-year-old female. Tried to run over wife then left the area in a 1997 green Jeep Cherokee. Black male, 6-1, 230, with gang tattoos.
3:34 a.m. Shots fired/heard occurred on Westwood Boulevard. Two shots heard. Male subject shot a pistol outside of his residence and then went inside and shot inside. Front porch and rear porch lights are on. Assisted.
8:47 a.m. Assist other agencies occurred on North Mojave Street. Serving a misdemeanor warrant. Assisted.
5:33 p.m. Exhibiting weapon occurred on Alder Avenue east Orchard Parkway approaching Warrior Park. Subject is carrying in his hand what appears to be air rifle or deer rifle . Checks OK.
Sept. 1, 2013
2:44 a.m. Assault with deadly weapon occurred on West Tehachapi Boulevard. Male subject identified himself as an officer and said he was shot, nothing further. .Unfounded.
4:53 p.m. Pedestrian check on Beech Street. Arrest made.
5:12 p.m. Warrant service on West “J” Street. Arrest made.
6:09 p.m. Burglary report occurred on Linden Court. Walked to store and came home to broken windows. Things missing. Report taken.
6:28 p.m. Assault occurred on Valley Boulevard. Two men came into house and beat up husband. No weapons. Ran across Mill Street. Reporting party was calling for male and she said he didn’t need medical attention. Used beer bottle to hit male. Two known suspects, one of them was subsequently arrested. The other is still outstanding.

12:29 a.m. Traffic stop at West “E” Street and South Pauley Street. Arrest made.
12:17 p.m. Warrant service Alan Avenue. Arrest made.

1:33 p.m. Traffic stop on Bear Valley Road. Arrest made.
6:36 p.m. Shots fired/heard at Rebel Court and Stirrup Way. One Shot heard in the area. No further action required.
Aug. 31, 2103
5:10 a.m. Fire occurred on Willow pass Drive. Smoke between the fireplace and the house. Unknown where the fire is coming from. Turn over to fire department.
6:58 a.m. Animal call occurred at Highline Road and Tehachapi Willow Springs Road. Cows in roadway.
9:48 a.m. Reckless driving occurred on Bear Valley Road. Citizen extremely upset at the way Hall Ambulance was driving in the valley.
1:09 p.m. CSD ordinance occurred at Four Island Lake on Pinedale Drive. Two juveniles driving a motorized green mini bike all over the parking lot. 6:12 p.m. Animal call occurred on Cumberland Road. Horse loose no saddle.
11:20 p.m. Pedestrian check at Bear Valley Road and Pueblo Court. Arrest made.
Sept. 2, 2013
9:12 a.m. occurred on Rollingoak Drive. Verbal argument from somewhere in the condos heard by golfers. Quiet on departure.
12:48 p.m. Vicious, barking, bite, etc. occurred on Skyline Drive. Neighbors dog running loose.Runs after vehicles and the reporting person on his motorcycle.
1:29 Fire occurred at North Lower Valley Road and Pinedale Drive. Smell of smoke in the area. No visual smoke. Turn over to fire department.
Kern County Sheriff Tehachapi Substation: Nothing reported.
Stallion Springs Police Department: Nothing reported.
California Highway Patrol: Nothing reported.

• Due to a lack of agenda items, the Tehachapi City Council will not hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 3, but will instead adjourn until Monday, Sept. 16, at 6 p.m. in the Beekay Theatre, 110 S. Green St. One item to be discussed is a proposed spending plan for funds received by the city under Government Code section 30061, the Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund.
• The Tehachapi Unified School Distrcit Board of Trustees will meet at 6 p.m. on Sept. 10, at the Claude Wells Education Center, 300 S. Robinson St.
• Directors of the Bear Valley Community Services District will meet at 6 p.m. on Sept. 12, at the CSD building, 28999 S. Lower Valley Road.
