09:14 BURGLARY ALARM Occurred at Laundry Express on Tucker Rd., West front door and showroom motion still attempting to reach responsible. Disposition: Assignment Completed.

09:49 DISTURBING THE PEACE Occurred on Linden Court Cellular 911 Call: top dog and diamond are causing a disturbance crying in the bathroom,Disturbance at the apartment with the boarded up windows. Disposition: Unfounded.

10:52 RECKLESS DRIVING Occurred at E. “I” St./N. Robinson St., Ongoing problem. Vehicles driving fast down the residential street. Reporting party request patrols. He is afraid a kid is going to get hit. Disposition: Assignment Completed.

11:35 BATTERY Officer initiated activity at Tehachapi High School, S. Dennison Rd. Disposition: Assignment Completed.

12:00 FIRE Occurred at Save Mart #64 on Tucker Rd. In the parking lot excessive smoke coming out of the cab of the truck, truck has a lot of Hazmat stickers. Disposition: Unable to Locate.

12:44 VICIOUS, BARKING, BITE, ETC. Occurred at S. Curry St/Teakwood Court. Reporting parties neighbors dogs are lose. Running down Curry. Have been barking at people passing by. Disposition: Advised.

14:01 KEEP THE PEACE Occurred on Tucker Rd. Reporting party requests officer present while reporting parties sister serves reporting parties husband with seperation papers. Husband is meeting with reporting party and sister on Tucker. Reporting party in white Nissan Extera. Disposition: Assisted.

14:38 SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES Occurred on S. Snyder Ave. There is a billboard in the area that is spray painted "F.. City Hall." School will be getting out and it needs to be removed. Disposition: Advised.

15:17 DISOBEDIENCE OF COURT ORDER Occurred at Walgreens Drug Store on W. Tehachapi Blvd. An employee is being harrassed via phone by her ex whom she has a restraining order against. The subject is continually calling the business and has been asked to quit calling. Disposition: Information Only

15:27 FOLLOW UP Officer initiated activity at Goodrick Dr., Tehachapi. Disposition: No Further Action Required

17:39 SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE Occurred on Challenger Dr. Small silver vehicle occuppied by a male subject in the driver side with hoodie on. Has been parked in the area all day. Disposition: Checks Ok.

17:44 WELFARE CHECK REQUEST Occurred at Tehachapi Hospital on W. “E” St., 49 year old dependant adult male was brought in by ambulance from 214 S. Davis unconscious. Doctor is requesting to an Officer due to subject not being properly cared for. Disposition: No Criminal Activity.

18:49 TRAFFIC STOP Officer initiated activity at S. Davis St./E. Tehachapi Blvd. Disposition: Moving Violation Citation

19:59 BURGLARY ALARM Occurred on Tanglewood Dr., Audible/garage door. Disposition: False Alarm.

20:39 CITIZEN REQUESTED ASSISTANCE Occurred at Tehachapi Police Department on E. “F” St. Reporting party standing by in a green F150. Requesting to speak to an officer regarding issue on Craig's List. Disposition: Advised.

21:16 PARKED VEHICLE Officer initiated activity at Monolith St., Disposition: Non Moving Citation.

22:04 BICYCLIST Officer initiated activity at Pinon St./Brandon Lane, Disposition: Warning

23:12 BURGLARY; INHABITED Occurred on S. Davis St., Cellular 911 Call: Reporting party states someone attempted to break into his house by breaking the window, reporting party did not see the subjects or their direction of travel. Disposition: Report Taken.

02:20 TRAFFIC STOP Officer initiated activity at Cummings Valley Rd./Bear Valley Rd. Disposition: Arrest Made.

03:09 BURGLARY ALARM Occurred at The Human Extension Tec on S. Green St. Motion is in the middle area. Reaponsible party arrival pending Disposition: Checks Ok.

The National Weather Service in Hanford provides the following forecast for the Tehachapi area:

This afternoon: A chance of rain showers. Snow level at 4500 feet. Mostly cloudy, with a temperature falling to around 42 by 5 p.m. West wind 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50 percent. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Tonight: Rain and snow showers. Snow level 4400 feet lowering to 4000 feet. Low around 29. West southwest wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Friday: Snow. High near 39. West northwest wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New snow accumulation of around an inch possible.

Friday Night: A slight chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 28. Blustery, with a west northwest wind 10 to 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Precipitation and clouds expected for Saturday with mostly clear skies by Sunday.

CIVIC CALENDAR

A special meeting of the Tehachapi City Council has been called for 4 p.m. Today at Tehahcapi City Hall to approve and adopt a proposed resolution regarding the retirement of Officer Disney.

Due to a lack of agenda items, the regular meeting of the Tehachapi Planning Commission scheduled for March 11, 2013, has been adjourned to a Regular Meeting on April 8, 2013, at 6 p.m. at the Beekay Theater.

The Tehachapi Unified School District Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 12, at 6 p.m. at the Claude L. Wells Education Center located at 300 S. Robinson St.

The Tehachapi Valley Recreatrion and Parks Board of Directors will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, March 12, at 5:30 p.m. at 490 West "D" St.

Girls Basketball — The Lady Warriors season came to a close with a 57-40 loss to Reseda last night.
