16:54 VANDALISM AGAINST PERSON OR PROPERTY OF ANOTHER, Occurred at Kmart on West Tehachapi Blvd. Black male adult in his 20s last seen wearing black Chicago Bulls hat in the parking lot possibly slashing the tires of a white 4x4 pickup in the handicapped parking space. Last seen wearing brown zip-up hood with black pants standing next to the vehicle. Unknown weapon being used to flatten the tire.  Disposition: Arrest made.

21:10 DISOBEDIENCE OF COURT ORDER, Occurred on South Davis Street, Tehachapi. Calling party would like to talk to an officer regarding a possible violation of court order. Restrained party is having people follow the reporting party. Disposition: Advised.

22:31 ABANDONED VEHICLE, Occurred on Elm St, Tehachapi. Late 90s convertible Ford Mustang, blue in color, was left in the area by three male subjects and a female. Vehicle is parked on top of the curb. Subjects left the area in a white late 80s Honda Accord with one hubcap missing. Disposition: Checks Ok.
