2:52 a.m. Vicious, barking, bite, etc. Occurred on Knight Court. Barking dogs. Disposition: Assignment completed.

5:35 a.m. Burglary alarm. Occurred on Paramount Drive. Area activation front door. Disposition: Checks Ok.

1:17 p.m. Unauthorized use of personal info. Occurred on Deertrail Drive. Someone used his credit card without permission. Disposition: Report taken.

7:00 p.m. Disturbing the peace. Occurred on Arosa Road. Cellular E911 Call: Lat: 35.08427 Lon:-118.51945. Service Class: WPH2. 415 between mother and daughter. Subjects are in Alpine Forest. Transferred caller to KCSO. Disposition: Turn over to other agency.

Kern County Sheriff Tehachapi Substation: Between April 14 and the morning of April 15, the Kern County Sheriff's Department responded to 17 incidents, including a theft investigation on Mission Street and a grand theft auto investigation on Golden Hills Boulevard.

Stallion Springs Police Department: Nothing reported.

California Highway Patrol: Nothing reported.

UPCOMING EVENTS

• Tehachapi Valley Arts Association's "Eggstravaganza", an annual egg decorating contest, will be on display through April 19, at Galley 'n' Gifts, 100 W. Tehachapi Blvd. Voting by the public will take place through this date, with the winners to be announced the day before Easter Sunday.

• Bear Valley Springs Cultural Arts Association will present its 30th annual art show over Easter week through April 20, at the Oak Tree Country Club.

• The Tehachapi Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Monday, April 14, has been canceled due to a lack of agenda items.

• The Tehachapi Valley Recreation and Park District's next board meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, at the district's headquarters, 490 W. "D" St.

• The Stallion Springs Comunnity Services District's next board meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, at the district's headquarters, 27800 Stallion Springs Drive.

• The Tehachapi-Cummings County Water District's next board meeting is at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, at the district's headquarters, 22901 Banducci Road.
