The ground was broken, the structure built, the paint is dry and now it is time to celebrate the new location of the Tehacahpi Mountain Vineyard’s church.
“It is a new home for a new season,” Pastor Barry Galloway said.
The Tehachapi Mountain Vineyard church has been a helpful presence in the community for eight years. The new building is proof that they are here to stay.
It is not a church built to make the parishioners more comfortable, Galloway assures, “it is a place for the three Gs. It is a place to gather, grow and give back to our community.”
The weekend of Dec. 1 and 2 Pastor Galloway and other members of the church body will be hosting the Inaugural Weekend Celebration.
“We will be having an Open House on Saturday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and Sunday we will be having two services: 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Come and see us, you will be pleasantly surprised,” Galloway said.
The new location is 502 East Pinion St. on the near Scarlet Oak, for more information call: 822-9313.
