09:45 DISTURBING THE PEACE, Occurred on Clearview St., Tehachapi. Reporting party's mother in law who moved out yesterday just pushed her way past the reporting party and is attempting to take items out of the house. Six children present. Suspect is out front at this time with several subjects. Unknown vehicle/no weapons. Disposition: Assignment Completed.

10:17 CITIZEN REQUESTED ASSISTANCE, Occurred on South Pauley St, Tehachapi. Cellular 911 Call: Female reporting disturbance, verbal with boyfriend- due to boyfriend's mental state is concerned about him taking care of their six month child. Is leaving the location in his vehicle, 1989 burgundy Chevrolet Silverado. Disposition: Situation Resolved.

12:21 PETTY THEFT LESS THAN $400, Occurred at Kmart on West Tehachapi Blvd., Tehachapi. Loss prevention has one in custody for loss was PS controller valued at $54.99/ non combative. Disposition: Non Moving Cite.

13:53 WARRANT SERVICE, Occurred on Fawn Way, Tehachapi. LAPD warrants detective required an arrest of a subject with an LAPD warrant. Traffic warrant $100,000 will pick up. No known officer safety concerns. Disposition: Negative Contact.

15:45 RECKLESS DRIVING, Occurred at Maple St/Mill St, Tehachapi. With tinted windows, exceeding 60 mph. Disposition: Unable to Locate.

19:03 SUSPICIOUS PERSON, Occurred at Salvation Army on East E St., Tehachapi. States there is a male subject wearing a baseball cap, red flannel t-shirt and dark jeans in the alley behind the Salvation Army. Subject appeared to be looking into the property. Disposition: Unable to Locate.

19:55 SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES, Occurred at Four Seasons Mini Mart on East Tehachapi Blvd., Tehachapi. Disposition: Arrest Made.

20:30 DISTURBING THE PEACE, Occurred at Circle K 10 on East Tehachapi Blvd., Tehachapi. Daughter's boyfriend left in a black Honda W/B on Tehachapi Blvd. Subject has been harassing her and threatening to kill himself. Disposition: No Further Action Required.

21:49 SUSPICIOUS PERSON, Occurred at Cherry Ln/Oakwood St, Tehachapi. Male subject wearing ski mask, green t-shirt with white long sleeve, black shorts on foot. Disposition: Unable to Locate.

07:00 HIT AND RUN/PROPERTY, Occurred at Love's Truck Stop on E Tehachapi Blvd., Tehachapi. Blue volvo semi truck/white trailer hit by another semi. Second vehicle a white semi with a flatbed trailer with packing boxes possibly filled with tomatoes. Not able to see the transport company written on the side. Somewhat of a language barrier/unable to determine time frame. Disposition: Report Taken.

07:34 ACCIDENT W/NO DETAILS, Occurred at Tehachapi High School on S Dennison Rd. , Tehachapi. Vehicle in call hit student and drove to JMS. Vehicle is currently pulling out of JMS, unknown if victim is injured, went to class. Disposition: Information Only.

WEATHER FORECAST

The National Weather Service in Hanford provides the following forecast for the Tehachap area:

• This afternoon: Partly sunny, with a temperature falling to around 44 by 3pm. South southeast wind around 10 mph.
• Tonight A 20 percent chance of showers after 10 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a steady temperature around 47. West southwest wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
• Thursday Partly sunny, with a temperature falling to around 42 by 10 a.m. West southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming south southeast in the afternoon.
• Thursday Night A 30 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 42. South wind 5 to 10 mph becoming northeast in the evening.
• Looks like the stormy will arrive sooner than originally thought, with a possibility of snow in the higher elevations on Sunday.
