Sept. 24, 2013
1:33 p.m. Disturbing the peace call at Tehachapi High School. Past occurrence between two female students. Disposition: Report taken.
3:10 p.m. 911 call at White Oak Drive/South Curry Drive. Call transferred from CHP. Reporting party was on a phone call parked in front of the disturbing party's house. Disturbing party thought reporting party was a cop, then stated he hated cops and took off in a white Ford truck; driver possibly DUI. Disposition: Unable to locate.
3:32 p.m. Defrauding an innkeeper call on East Tehachapi Boulevard. Female came into the store and passed on fake $10 bills. Disposition: Report taken.
4:13 p.m. Threat to commit an offense at Tehachapi High School. Requesting to speak to an officer via telephone regarding threats made to her son today on campus. Disposition: Information only.
8:03 p.m. Accident with no details on Hwy. 202; 911 call reporting a possible accident. Smoke was seen and an unknown number of cars. No lights or flames seen. Disposition: Unable to locate.
9:24 p.m. Auto accident with minor injuries at business on Tucker Road. Motorcycle going through parking lot ran into a car. Disposition: Report taken.

Sept. 24, 2013
5:54 p.m. Traffic stop at Banducci Road/Pellisier Road. Disposition: Arrest made.
9:18 p.m. Water department service on Oakflat Drive. No water in the house or at the main. Disposition: Assignment completed.
Kern County Sheriff Tehachapi Substation: Nothing reported.
Stallion Springs Police Department: Nothing reported.
California Highway Patrol: Nothing reported.

Tonight: Areas of blowing dust. Mostly clear, with a low around 36. Breezy, with a west northwest wind 20 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 35 mph.
Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 59. West northwest wind 10 to 15 mph.
Thursday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 39. West northwest wind 5 to 10 mph.

• The Kern County Local Agency Formation Commission will meet on Wednesday, Sept. 25, to decide if it will reverse its prior decesion to allow the Golden Hills CSD power over its solid waste management collection. The meeting will be held in the Kern County Board of Supervisors chambers, 1115 Truxtun Ave., in Bakersfield.
• The Tehachapi City Council will meet Oct. 7 at 6 p.m. in the Beekay Theatre, 110 S. Green St.
• The next Airport Commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 8 at the Pilot's Lounge, 314 N. Hayes St.
