20:07 TRAFFIC HAZARD Occurred at S Curry St/West Valley Blvd. Black car stalled in the south bound left turn lane, blacked out, one male subject working on the vehicle. Disposition: No further action required.

21:36 SUSPICIOUS PERSON Occurred at Four Seasons Mini Mart on East Tehachapi Blvd. Male yelling and digging through trash outside the business. Hispanic male wearing blue jeans, black/gray jacker. Disposition: No further action required.
22:18 BAR CHECK Officer initiated activity at City Slickers Restaurant Saloon, West Tehachapi Blvd,. Disposition: Checks Ok.
23:14 CITIZEN REQUESTED ASSISTANCE Occurred on Kelton St, Tehachapi. 14 year old Juvenile has been living with reporting party for 9 months. Reporting party wants juvenile removed from the premises due to bad behavior. Juvenile does not have a legal guardian or any available parents. Disposition: Transported Juvenile to Jamison Center in Bakersfield, Assignment Completed.

11:06 CITIZEN REQUESTED ASSISTANCE Occurred on Beech St, Reporting party requests an officer to assist to see why her gate has fallen, reporting party is visual impaired and wants to make sure no one has tampered with the gate or if it just simple fall. Disposition: No criminal Activity.
11:26 STOLEN VEHICLE Occurred on Cherry Lane,. Reporting party just return home from out of town and notice his vehicle was stolen-Vehicle was last seen Wednesday approximately 1400-1500 description-Mercury Mountaineer 2002 Burgundy unknown plate number. Disposition: Report taken.
11:34 VICIOUS, BARKING, BITE, ETC. Occurred on Park Street,100 block, loose dog being aggressive-dog is a brown pit bull wearing a red collar/reporting party wishes no contact. Disposition: Situation Resolved.
12:01 DISTURBING THE PEACE Occurred at Tehachapi Police Department on East “F” St., past disturbance, verbal between son and father. Reporting party stated he is in fear for his life, stated his father threatened him verbally reporting party is standing in front of TPD. Disposition: Advised.
12:06 USING OR BEING UNDER INFL. OF CONTROLLED SUB. Occurred at Skate Park on West “D” St., Reporting party states possible drug activity in at the skate park approximately 3 males sitting on the bleachers first party white male wearing red glasses and hat. Second party wearing a black and white hat, third unknown description. Reporting party did not know his phone number and wishes no contact. Disposition: Advised.
12:22 SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES Occurred at South Green St/Pinon St, One black male adult and two kids approximate age 10 walking soliciting door to door asking if the home owners want their curbs painting. Reporting party feels that the subjects are casing the homes and not legitimate. Reporting party wishes no contact. Disposition: Warning
14:38 DISTURBING THE PEACE Occurred on Goodrick Dr, Tehachapi. Five older boys and younger children are fighting. Disposition: Situation resolved.
15:50 TRESPASSING Occurred on West “E” St,. Subject under the influence has been coming to her house and pounding on the door and threaten her. Disturbing party has left the area but reporting party is requesting an officer to advise disturbing party to stay off her property. Disposition: Advised.
16:55 TRESPASSING Occurred on South Pauley St, Service Class: Residence, Subject is back at her residence and banging on the door. He left the area and drove away in a black Acura. Reporting party wants cancel, an officer responding. Disposition: Advised.
17:29 MISSING PERSON Occurred on Black Oak Dr, Runaway last seen yesterday at 10:00 in the morning wearing black jeans and red t-shirt. Disposition: Advised.
17:55 FOLLOW UP Officer initiated activity at W E St, Tehachapi. Attempting to locate out of control juvenile. Disposition: Arrest Made.
17:55 CITIZEN REQUESTED ASSISTANCE Occurred at Fast Trip on Tucker Rd., Subject just came in to store said he has subjects that want to beat him up, juvenile is waiting outside -wearing green shirt dark blue pants light gray black cap with T shirt. Disposition: Information Only.
17:57 TRAFFIC HAZARD Occurred at South Green St/East Tehachapi Blvd, Crossing arms are stuck. Disposition: Situation Resolved.
18:11 RECKLESS DRIVING Occurred on Meadowbrook Court, Past occurrence. The father of the reporting party's child was reckless driving following the reporting party with her child in the vehicle, subject was driving up next to the reporting party and attempting to run her off the road. Reporting party was last seen near Jacob Middle School in a black SUV. Disposition: No criminal activity.

09:28 VEHICLE REPOSSESSION Occurred at Pro Technology on Oakwood St., the business owner advised that just repossessed a maroon 1989 Ford F150 extended cab from the the owner after he failed to pay a promissory note for repairs of the vehicle. Business owner was advised to turn in appropriate paperwork to Tehachapi Police Department. Disposition: Report Taken.
10:44 WELFARE CHECK REQUEST Occurred at Mobile Estates Park on South Dennison Rd. Reporting party requested Hall Ambulance, she states she is on ground, unable to get up, phone has possibly dropped and unable to continue voice contact. Caller transferred to Fire Dept., she wanted to wait for her caretaker before transport and then disconnected with them. Dispatch had fire contact. Disposition: Assignment Completed.
11:09 TRESPASSING Occurred on S Curry St, Tehachapi. Evicted female on scene at location in parking lot near laundry room occupying a white Dodge van/ possible suspect in vandalisms. Would like the female given a trespassing warning. Disposition: Unable to Locate.
14:19 BURGLARY ALARM Occurred on Goodrick Drive., Audible to south main door and fire/tamper panel. responsible pending. Disposition: False Alarm.
17:33 BURGLARY ALARM Occurred at Tehachapi High School on South Dennison Rd., Point of alarm, Weight room 1 or 2 voices heard. Disposition: False Alarm.
19:02 SCHOOL RESOURCE DUTY Officer initiated activity at Tehachapi High School, South Dennison Rd, Officer contacted with information regarding a student making threats to bring a gun to school. Disposition: Report Taken.
19:15 DISTURBING THE PEACE Occurred at Jakes Steakhouse on South Curry St., Several subjects heard yelling in the parking lot behind the restaurant. Disposition: No Further Action Required

Kern County Sheriff Tehachapi Substation:
Friday Feb. 15 — 11:p.m. Petty theft at a residence in the 21500 block of Golden Hills Blvd.
Saturday Feb. 16 — 8:00 p.m. Aggravated assault/ attempted murder at a residence on Fairway Court; further details will reported when they become available.
California Highway Patrol: Nothing to report.
Bear Valley Police Department: Nothing to report.
Stallion Springs Police Department:
Feb. 1: SSPD officers observed a vehicle with expired registration and no front license plate. Officers initiated a traffic stop and discovered the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Officers arrested the driver, an adult male Tehachapi resident, on suspicion of DUI
Feb. 8: SSPD officers responded to a call of a domestic dispute. During the investigation, officers placed an adult male resident of Stallion Springs under arrest for suspicion of domestic battery. A domestic violence emergency restraining was placed on the subject as well.

This afternoon: Rain and snow showers. Snow level 4200 feet. Temperature falling to around 36 by 5 p.m. West wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Tonight: Snow showers. Low around 23. Blustery, with a west northwest wind 15 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
Wednesday: A 40 percent chance of snow showers. Cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 36. Breezy, with a west northwest wind around 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
Wednesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 21. West wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Tehachapi City Council meeting will be held at 6 p.m. this evening at the Beekay Theatre.
Stallion Springs CSD Board of Directors meeting will be held tonight at 6 p.m. at the CSD office.
Tehachapi High School will have a School Site Council Meeting on Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. The public is invited. The high shcool is located at 801 South Dennison Rd.
The Tehachapi Valley Recreation and Parks District's February Board of Director’s meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 19, has been re-scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 26, at 5:30 p.m. at the TVRPD office, 490 W. "D" St.
