Five Tehachapi residents were arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 13, following an investigation by the Kern County Sheriff's Office.
According to a news release from the KCSO, on Tuesday narcotics officers from the Kern Narcotics Enforcement Team concluded an investigation in the 20400 Block of Steuber Road in the Tehachapi area. Narcotics officers had recently received complaints regarding possible narcotics trafficking in the area.
During the investigation officers learned there was a subject living in the area on probation. After conducting surveillance at the residence deputies conducted a probation search. During the search officers located methamphetamine and items indicative of narcotics sales, the KCSO said.
At the conclusion of the investigation the following five five adults were arrested and booked into the Kern County Jail for various narcotics related charges and outstanding arrest warrants: Mason Price, 22; Nikole Poczik, 23, Bud Gonzales, 33, Bobby Finklea III, 33, and Kathryn Sadler, 44, all of Tehachapi.
