Tehachapi Police arrest three in connection to burglary

The Tehachapi Police arrested 3 adults in connection to a burglary that occurred on Dec. 15 in the 200 block of North Mill Street.

As part of their investigation into the incident, TPD issued three search warrants — two for apartments in the same complex where the burglary occurred, and one for a location on Tucker Road — which led them to the three suspects.

Eva Marie Ross, 28, was arrested for possession of narcotics including prescription drugs, according to Police Chief Jeff Kermode. Ross is also charged with possession of narcotics paraphernalia.

Eugenio Madera, 20, was arrested and charged for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Both he and Ross were arrested at the same apartment complex where the burglary took place, according to a news release issued by the TPD.

David Macias, 21, was arrested in the 800 block of Tucker Road for residential burglary and possession of stolen property, that was taken during the burglary.

All three were booked at the Kern County Jail.
