Firefighters from Stallion Springs, Tehachapi and Keene as well as Bear Valley Springs Station 16 responded to a 911 call at 26900 Skyline Drive in Bear Valley Springs on Saturday, Dec. 1 at 2:19 a.m., for a reported chimney fire. There were no injuries. While the cause of the fire is still under investigation, damages are estimated at $20,000.
