12:25 a.m. Extra patrol, occurred on Hickory Avenue. Reporting party requesting extra patrol throughout the night, she has been hearing strange whistling for approximately 45 minutes from outside possibly coming from the field. Disposition: Checks Ok.

12:47 a.m. Suspicious circumstances, occurred on Clearview Street. Reporting party found a juvenile female in  her yard and chased her to the girl's residence, requesting officer contact. Disposition: Advised.

1:30 a.m. Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at West Tehachapi Boulevard/South Mill Street. Disposition: Arrest made, under the influence.

3 a.m. Petty theft of less than $400, occurred on Tucker Road. Disposition: Report taken.

3:03 a.m. Disturbing the peace, occurred on North Robinson Street. Male subject is throwing rocks at the reporting party and his wife. Subject is under the influence of marijuana/alcohol. Disposition: Arrest made.

3:56 a.m. Stolen vehicle, occurred on Valley Boulevard. Vehicle was taken from the reporting party's garage sometime since 4:30 p.m. the past evening. Damage to the rear bumper. Disposition: No further action required. Civil matter.

8:15 a.m. Assist other agencies, occurred on Madre Street. Burglary suspect, one possibly armed with unknown type of weapon stolen from location. Sheriff's office in a foot pursuit from location. Hispanic male, black shirt, unknown male armed with hand gun and female with no description. Disposition: Unable to locate.

8:41 a.m. Stolen vehicle report, occurred on West Valley Boulevard. CHP has impounded  the vehicle in a traffic stop violation. Disposition: Report taken.

9:26 a.m. Vandalism report, occurred at Red Apple Avenue/Tucker Road. BB pellet hit windshield while driving eastbound on Red Apple/Tucker. Victim in a dark blue Excursion. Disposition: Turn over to KCSO.

9:39 a.m. Disturbing the peace, officer initiated activity at East "E" Street.(Hundred block.) Flag down, a peace disturbance in area. Disposition: Unable to locate.

9:39 a.m. Welfare check request, occurred at Best Western Mountain Inn on West Tehachapi Boulevard: Female sounds under the influence, she stated she did not need an officer and did not mean to call 9-1-1. Disposition: Checks OK.

10:38 a.m. Assist other agencies, occurred on South Pauley Street. Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office, Palmdale requested an officer to make contact with  to ask if he still owns a fireman that was recovered during a search warrant  in Palmdale. Firearm does not return stolen. Disposition: Negative contact.

10:45 a.m. Stolen vehicle, occurred on East "F" Street. Red Ford F150, South Carolina plate, was stolen sometime last night. Last seen at 1 p.m. on July 4, 2014. Disposition: Unfounded civil.

10:44 a.m. Disturbing the peace, occurred at Kmart on West Tehachapi Boulevard. White male adult late 30s, under the influence, yelling at customers. Disposition: Arrest made.

1:45 p.m. Disturbing the peace, occurred on Tucker Road. Peace disturbance verbal in progress in parking lot. Two males, one is outside the vehicle, second is an older male. Disposition: Checks OK, family

2:00 p.m.  Fire, officer initiated activity at Cherry Lane. Disposition: Assisted.

3:12 p.m. Fire, occurred at South Dennison Road/Highline Road. Fence on fire. Turn over to fire department.

3:16 p.m. Fire, occurred at Tucker Rd/Highline Road. Field near Church of Nazarene
fire. Disposition: Assignment completed.

3:35 p.m.  Police 9-1-1, occurred at South Pauley Street/West "E" Street. Between South Pauley and South Curry on West "E" Street, several 9-1-1 calls coming from the general area. Unable to call back phone is inactive. Disposition: Unable to locate.

10:23 p.m. Burglary report, occurred on Oakwood Street. Box of tools missing from garage, not sure when it was taken, just noticed today. Disposition: Report taken.

10:29 p.m. Disturbing the peace, occurred at Warrior Park on Clasico Drive. Kids smoking and ringing door bells across street. Disposition: Quiet on departure, unable to locate.

10:40 p.m. Suspicious circumstances, occurred at Tucker Road/Highway 202. Blue Jetta, waving a gun out of window, Hispanic male adult with hat on sideways driving, last seen heading east on Valley Boulevard. Disposition: Unable to locate.

12:10 a.m. Suspicious person, occurred at Mulberry Villa Apartments on West "E" Street. A subject walked south past the reporting party's bedroom with a large garbage bag. Then about five minutes later two other male juveniles subjects walking past the bedroom northbound with flashlights. One of the juveniles had a light blue shirt and blue jeans with long hair.  No description on the other two subject.  Disposition: No criminal activity.

12:35 a.m. Disturbing the peace, occurred at Indian Creek Villas on Tucker Road. Loud party subjects yelling and throwing objects from the balcony, also lighting fireworks. Disposition: Advised.

1:09 a.m. Disturbing the peace, occurred on West Valley Boulevard. Male subject first of refusing to leave after been told to leave.  Disposition: Gone on arrival.

10:01 a.m. Escort detail/give a ride, officer initiated activity at Jacobsen Middle School, Anita Drive. Disposition: Assisted.

10:13 a.m. Vicious, barking, biting, etc, occurred on South Pauley Street. Loose pit bull just jumped into yard, requesting contact.  Disposition: Assignment completed.

10:15 a.m. Suspicious activity,  officer initiated activity at Orchard Plaza, Tucker Road. Checking open door to the rear of the business.  Disposition: Checks OK.

11:30 a.m. Battery, occurred on Las Colinas Street. Granddaughter has been hitting her grandparents, medical declined
she is now walking away from the residence.  Disposition: Report taken.

1:06 p.m. Abandoned vehicle, occurred on Beech Street. Vehicle has been parked in front of the Reporting party's address for five-plus days.  Disposition: Unfounded.

2:42  p.m. Extra patrol, occurred on Beech Street. Reporting party previously reported a burglary, requesting extra patrol only at this time.  Disposition: Checks OK.

4:11 p.m. Drunk in public, occurred at Albertsons on Tucker Road. Hispanic male adult with his shirt off drinking a beer at the bench in front of the store. Disposition: Gone on arrival.

4:51 p.m. Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at West Park, West "D" Street. Disposition: Arrest made.

5:41 p.m. Hit and run property, occurred on Alan Avenue. Reporting party's vehicle was hit in front of the residence overnight, damage to the hood.  Disposition: Report taken.

6:10 p.m. Vandalism against property, occurred on Las Colinas Street. Female tried to throw a chair through the window and caused some damage to the window. Female wearing black pants and a black/white checkered shirt. Last seen southbound on Las Colinas toward Sonic's. Disposition: Report taken.

6:46 p.m. Peace disturbance, music, occurred at Central Park on East "D" Street. One black male adult and one black female adult are playing loud music in the gazebo. Disposition: Advised.

8:58 p.m.  Petty theft of less than $400, occurred on West "D" Street. Resident located in the alley, Hispanic male was syphoning gas from reporting party's vehicle. Suspect was wearing a black oozy with cut-off sleeves, some facial hair, 5'9" muscular build, no weapons seen. Suspect fled eastbound toward Pauley Street. Disposition: Report taken.

10:04 p.m. Welfare check request,  occurred on Spruce St, Tehachap. Welfare check on children. Father has not spoken to his children in over 30 days. The guardian of children refuses to return any calls.  Disposition: Assignment Completed.

12:51 a.m. Pedestrian check, officer initiated activity at East Tehachapi Boulevard/South Davis Street. Disposition: Arrest made.

3:54  a.m. Suspicious circumstances,  occurred on West "E" Street. Unknown subject was violently knocking on the back door. Unknown if the subject is still on scene, reporting party does not want to look out to get further description. Disposition: Unable to locate.

5:55 a.m. Vandalism against person or property, occurred on Fig Drive. Vehicle has been egged. Disposition: Assignment completed.

10:15 am. Pedestrian check, officer initiated activity at South Mill Street/West "F" Street. Disposition: Arrest made.

11:29  a.m. Vandalism report, occurred on Magnolia Court. Reporting party's vehicle and several other vehicles were vandalized overnight.  Disposition: Assignment completed.

1:07 p.m. Found property, occurred at Tehachapi Police Department on West "C" Street. Found wallet , reporting party standing in front of the station in a silver pickup. Disposition: Assignment completed.

1:42 p.m. Driving under the influence, occurred at Walgreens Drug Store on West Tehachapi Boulevard. White female adult eastbound on Tehachapi Boulevard from Walgreens, slowly crossing over lanes of traffic and almost caused three head on collisions. Disposition: Arrest made.

2:19 p.m. Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at Mulberry Street/West "A" Street. Disposition: Arrest made.

3:41 p.m. Vicious, biting, barking, etc, occurred on Michael Avenue. Tan pit bull has been running loose in the area for several days.  Disposition: Situation resolved.

7:38 p.m. Suspicious circumstances, occurred on Golden West Court. One white female adult and one Hispanic male adult jumping over residents' fences, last seen on Beech Street. Disposition: Unable to locate.

7:52 p.m. Pedestrian stop, officer initiated activity at Brentwood Drive. One running from. Disposition: Arrest made.

9:19 p.m.  Peace disturbance verbal occurred on Carolyn Lane. (Hundred block.) Between a male and a female, heard only. Disposition: Assignment completed.

9:49 p.m. Disturbing the peace, occurred on South Davis Street. Roommate broke a window and has glass in his eye and bleeding and cannot see, reporting party hung up with CHP prior to obtaining further. Disposition: Report taken.

9:49 a.m. Traffic hazard, occurred at Cummings Valley Road/Highway 202. Cummings Valley/gate, unknown if westbound or eastbound lane, trash is all over the roadway. Reporting party concerned because personal items are in a a bag. Disposition: Unable to locate.

11:35 a.m. Fraud using personal information, occurred at Bear Valley Police Department on Bear Valley Road. Counter. Disposition: Report taken.

1:56 p.m. Suspicious person, occurred on Jacaranda Drive. Vacant house across the street, black truck with unknown plate parked, white male, black shirt and black pants looking into the window in front of the house. Reporting party was told if she seen anything to call the police. Disposition: Field interview.

3:28 p.m. Fire, officer initiated activity at Jacaranda Drive/El Rancho Drive. Disposition: Information only.

5:29 p.m. Follow up, officer initiated activity at Keene Court. Disposition: Arrest made.

6:04 p.m. Trespassing, occurred at Silver Creek Way/Bear Valley Road. People blocking roadway to look at elk, thinks there may be an accident,
second reporting party called someone trespassing on property to look at elk. Disposition: Checks OK.

8:33 p.m. Fire, occurred at Cub Lake on Bear Valley Road, dog park, sounds like fireworks going off by the tents at the park. Disposition: Referred to other agency.

8:45 p.m. Vicious, biting, barking, etc, occurred on Pioneer Court. Barking dogs, first time for this house. Disposition: Negative contact.

10:18 p.m. Suspicious circumstances, occurred at on Deertrail Drive. Sounds like people are dragging something, parked by the electric building dark colored station wagon. Disposition: Checks OK

11:31 p.m.    Citizen requested assistance,  occurred on Butterfield Way. Contact reporting party by phone, welfare check of children with their father, who is making harassing phone called to reporting party. Disposition: Advised.

12:35 a.m. Vicious, biting, barking, etc, occurred on Bear Valley Road. Dog barking all night long, house is right below them across from church.

2:15 a.m. Vicious, biting, barking, etc, occurred on Paramount Drive. Barking for hours, dog is on back porch, owners may not be home. Reporting party went to house, knocked on door for five minutes, no answer. Disposition: Advised.

4:11 a.m. Vicious, biting, barking, etc, occurred on Fox Ridge Court. Unsure of where they are, but can hear barking from residence, and has been going on for hours. Disposition: Advised.

8:24 p.m. Peace disturbance, music, occurred at Paramount Drive/Wilderness Way. Loud music coming from the house on the corner, reporting party believes the front door is open on Paramount. Disposition: Unable to locate.

11:10 p.m.  Vicious, biting, barking, etc, occurred on San Juan Drive. Upper San Juan, barking dog. Disposition: Assignment completed.

11:05 p.m. Driving under the influence, officer initiated activity at Bear Valley Road/Stacy Court. Flagged down by motorist advising that there is a a green Jeep Cherokee possible DUI headed toward Deertrail. Disposition: Warning.

7:53 p.m. Annoying phone calls, occurred at Bear Valley Police Department on Bear Valley Road. Reporting party has been receiving several text messages from ex-husband that lives in Bear Valley. Disposition: Assignment completed.

• Six area restaurants will be dishing out dinner at the Tehachapi Mountain Brew and Grill Fest to be held on Saturday, July 19, from 4 to 8 p.m., at the Benz Visco Sports Park in Tehachapi.

• Kern County will unveil its Old Towne Visioning process at 6 p.m. on July 9 at the Valley Oak Charter School, 20705 South St. The goal is to help revitalize Old Towne Tehachapi.

• The East Kern Economic Alliance meets at 2 p.m. on July 10 in the community room of the Tehachapi Police Department’s new station at 220 West “C” St.

• Bear Valley Community Services District board of directors meets at 6 p.m. on July 10 at the district office, 28999 South Lower Valley Blvd.
