'Wall to Wall' bicyclists nearing Tehachapi

The 'Wall to Wall' bicyclists are about 15 minutes outside Tehachapi, photographer Nick Smirnoff reports. Early morning clouds have lifted and they'lll have blue sky and plenty of flags to welcome them as they wrap up the first day of their journey.

If you're not already in downtown Tehachapi, there is still time to "come on down" and join the fun, showing Tehachapi's patriotic spirit and giving the kids a chance to welcome some real American heroes!
