18:03 BURGLARY; INHABITED Occurred on South Mill St, Burglary to vehicle, past occurrence. Victim came home to a broken window in her vehicle, wallet stolen. Disposition: Report Taken. Occurred between 3:15 p.m. – 5:45 p.m., nothing seen or heard by neighbors
19:19 ANY CIVIL PROBLEM Occurred on South Davis St, Reporting party would like to report possible violation of restraining order. Disposition: Information Only.
19:22 BATTERY Occurred on South Mill St, Brother hit reporting party in the face and left south bound on Mill St. wearing a dark sweat shirt with light gray sweat pants and a beanie. Reporting party refused medical attention. However, states she has a pain in her jaw. Disposition: Arrest Made.
20:29 DISTURBING THE PEACE Occurred on South Pauley St, Black male subject is causing a disturbance and insisting on the reporting party let him in. Verbal at this time, possibly over money. Disposition: Assignment Completed.
20:33 BURGLARY; INHABITED Occurred on East “E” St, Cellular 911 Call:, past occurred burglary to the residence. Disposition: Assignment Completed. Not a burglary. Family issue.

Bear Valley Police Department: 21:10 TRAFFIC ACCIDENT, Bailey Rd,/Cummings Valley Rd, Disposition: Assisted
Stallion Springs Police Department: February 22, 2013 At approximately 1400 hours, SSPD officers heard a possible ambulance responding to an unknown location in Stallion Springs. Officers contacted dispatch and were advised that an adult female had an unknown medical issue and was un-responsive. Officers responded and SSPD Sr. Officer Gary Crowell was asked to take over CPR efforts by fire personal due to exhaustion. Sr. Officer Gary Crowell then began CPR on the un-responsive victim. Shortly afterwards, paramedics observed that the female now had a pulse. SSPD officers then secured a safe landing zone and fire/paramedics personnel had the victim airlifted to a hospital. Sr. Officer Gary Crowell was credited with saving the victims life.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 33. East northeast wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 47. East northeast wind 10 to 15 mph.
Wednesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 34. West northwest wind around 5 mph becoming east southeast after midnight.
Mostly sunny remainder of week with no precipitation in the forecast.
• Tonight at 7 p.m. at the Stallion Springs Community Center, Ron Hayton and his snake partner Mike Kemp, will make a presentation about snakes. Ron and Mike are known as the "Snake Docs of Kern County."

THS School Site Council Meeting originally scheduled for this Thursday, Feb. 21 has been postponed to next Thursday, Feb. 28 in the THS Administration Building Conference Room at 1 p.m.
The Tehachapi Valley Recreation and Parks District's February Board of Director’s meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 19, has been re-scheduled for tonight, at 5:30 p.m. at the TVRPD office, 490 W. "D" St.
Stallion Springs Property Owners Association will hold its regular monthly meeting at 7 p.m. tonight at the Community Center.
The Tehachapi Unified School Distrcit Board of Trustees will meet 6 p.m. tonight at the Claude L. Wells Education Center located at 300 South Robinson St.
