He didn't get caught with his hands in the cookie jar, but rather the tip jars.

Tehachapi Police are looking for a teen or man who stole several tip jars from Kohnen's Bakery on Sept. 29.

The suspect went into the famous bakery at 125 W. Tehachapi Blvd. at 3:25 p.m. that day, grabbed tip jars and fled across the street to a waiting vehicle, according to a police news release. The vehicle was described as a newer model white KIA SUV, with a partial California license plate of "065."

Police said the suspect is either white or Hispanic, with a light complexion, clean-shaven, in his late teens to early 20s, and about 6 feet and 180 pounds.
