Annual President’s Cup Tournament

The Horse Thief Women's Golf Club held their annual President's Cup Tournament, Tuesday and Wednesday, June 16 and 17 at Horse Thief Country Club in Stallion Springs.

Maureen Reilly was the over-all winner with the lowest net score.  The Tournament was flighted and the following were the top winners in each flight:

First Flight
First Place - Judy Theriault
Second Place - Bettie Azevedo

Second Flight
First Place - Darlene Schumacher
Second Place - Aurelia Lazenby
Third Place - Maria Carbone

Third Flight
First Place - Jackie Scarano
Second Place - Pat Vadnais
Third Place - Margie Williams

The Tournament culminated with a pot luck luncheon at the home of member, Phyllis Long.

The women's golf club holds several tournaments during the year and their next two events will be the Flag Tournament, July 4 and the Club Championship August 4 and 5.
