A Public Hearing will be held before the Tehachapi Planning Commission on Monday July 13 at 6 p.m., at the Beekay Theatre, 110 S. Green St., and will be held before the Tehachapi City Council on Monday July 20 at 6 p.m., at the Beekay Theatre, 110 S. Green St. for the purpose of considering a request to merge nine industrial parcels located south and adjacent to Tehachapi Boulevard into one industrial parcel and to vacate associated streets and utilities located therein.

The Planning Commission and City Council will consider verbal and written comments by all interested persons.
