Romo reminisces on SMU playing days

Former Tehachapi High and Southern Methodist University quarterback standout Jerad Romo recently sat down with ponyfans.com writer Steve Lansdale to recall a magical game on Oct. 8, when Romo led the Mustangs on an improbable comeback win over the University of Alabama-Birmingham in the 2005 season.

For the full story on Romo, visit the website link: http://www.ponyfans.com/features/index.php?id=116.

While at Tehachapi Romo was the starting quarterback for three seasons from 1998-2000. In his senior year, Romo led the Warriors to an SSL title and led a high-powered offense that averaged 33.3 points per game and a CIF championship appearance.
