Singing three part harmonies, LadyBug is a three-woman band including Merrily Weeber who toured as an opening act with Willie Nelson, opened for John Sebastion and Waylon Jennings. With her beautiful singing voice, she has been tapped to sing on many CDs, such as Jerry Jeff Walker, the Lost Gonzo Band. Merrily sings on many TV themes such as 3rd Rock From the Sun and That ’70s Show, among others.
WendySue Rosloff, another lifelong musician, has been in tons of bands, and played with many of the artists that have graced the HillyBean’s stages and for the last 12 years has been playing lots of drums and percussion with too many bands to mention.
Merrily and WendySue have been friends via the Kerrville music festival for years—playing, working on songs, etc. Working on a song, WendySue pulled out her electric autoharp and the magic started. Serendipity brought Carol into the picture via a chance meeting in Italy and with her beautiful voice, a harmony group was born. WendySue plays drums, percussion, guitar, autoharp, mandolin, and whatever she wants.
Between the three, they have over 150 years of influences, so you'll get every style from folk, blues, swing, country, ballads with beautiful three part harmonies.
