Occurred at Tompkins Elementary. Suspicious white male adult (bald, w/ mustache), parked across street in a red, 4-door, newer Toyota pickup, taking pictures of children coming out of school, reporting party saw that subject was picking up a child. Disposition: Information only.

Occurred on North Dennison Rd. Walking home from school, almost hit by a black truck, then truck overturned. Disposition: Report taken.

Occurred at Tehachapi Hospital. ER has a patient who was assaulted at RancHotel.  Disposition: Assignment completed.

OCT. 30:

UNAUTHORIZED POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA
Occurred at Jacobson Junior High, student detained for possession of marijuana, in principal's office. Disposition: Arrest made.

VANDALISM AGAINST PERSON OR PROPERTY OF ANOTHER
Occurred at Dollar Tree. White male, 70 years old, flattened tires on another customer's vehicle, was parked in handicap parking space, plaque was on front seat, driver forgot to hang it up. Disposition: Situation resolved.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON
Occurred on Alder Ave. White male, shaved head, tattoo on side of neck, claims to be selling window-cleaning product. Disposition: Situation resolved.

THREATS DEATH/BODILY INJURY
Occurred at Trails End Mobile Home Park. Approx 10-15 min. ago, reporting party said Hispanic male adult walked up, threatened him regarding tampering with his vehicle stickers. Disposition: Report taken.

CITIZEN REQUESTED ASSISTANCE
Occurred on South Dennison Rd. Subject needs taxi to take her to grocery store, advised by 911 operator that this is not the number to call. Disposition: Advised.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES
Occurred at Maple St. and Elm St. Male pushing shopping cart with some type of chest in it selling things out of the chest. Disposition: Advised.
