Family 2 Family Tonight

If you have an interest in attending this amazingly informative 12 week class here is the info: For the families & friends who have a loved one with a mental illness- Continues tonight at 6pm till 8:30pm at 411 N. Mill St. Tehachapi News Office (next to Home Depot). My hubby Pat & I will be teaching.

It is a confidential class that informs and educates families or friends with a loved one with mental illness. We teach coping skills, where to get the help you need and support as well as education and erasing the stigma attached to a diagnosis of mental illness.

The classes are free. Our next class is 3/4/09 at the Tehachapi News Office, 411 N. Mill St. 6pm-8:30pm.
