Henry Ramirez of Tehachapi passed away on Nov. 29. He was 64 years old. Henry was born and raised in Tehachapi. His parents, Francisco and Mary Dominguez Ramirez migrated from Mexico to Arizona, and finally to Tehachapi. Henry worked in the construction industry as a plasterer and also did concrete work.
Henry is survived by his brothers, Frank and Kathy Ramirez, and John and Kim Ramirez; and sisters, Mary Moeder, and Norma and Victor Paez; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Albert Ramirez and Ruben Ramirez; and brother-in-law, Jim Moeder.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, Dec. 8 at Wood Family Funeral Service. Pastor Allred officiated the service. Henry will be buried at Tehachapi Public Cemetery – Westside at a later date.
