Stallion Springs resident Mimi Thomas, 84, passed away at her home March 14th. Mimi was born on September 17, 1928, in Charleston, South Carolina, and at 16 moved to California with her husband. She loved playing golf and living off the 16th, where she could watch all her friends putt.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandi Lambert and husband, Richard; son, Rocky and wife, Carolyn; grandchildren, Kelly Leeming, Stacey Grigsby, Marc Lambert, Scott Thomas, and Bryan Cole; great-grandchildren, John Grigsby, Patrick and Kristin Lambert, Travis, Ricky, and Nicole Thomas.
According to Mimi’s wishes, no services will be held. Those wishing to honor her memory may make contributions to Hoffmann Hospice, 8501 Brimhall Rd., Bldg 100, Bakersfield, CA 93312.
