Thomas Jack Feeley
1933 – 2013
Thomas Jack Feeley, 79, departed from this life on Sept. 2 at his home in Tehachapi.
Born in Washoe, Mont., Tom was the son of Thomas Luke Feeley and Gertrude Nancy Semple Feeley.
Tom served in the United States Navy and was proud to have served and retired as a sheriff for the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department in the Antelope Valley. Tom was an excellent carpenter, having made many of the beautiful furniture pieces and accessories in his home and for friends. Tom loved the outdoors and hiking, a passion he shared with his daughter, Rhonda. Tom was also an avid card player with a quick wit, and he will always be remembered for his strong devotion to his family and his country.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Rhonda Lynn Feeley.
Tom is survived by his beautiful wife, Pamela Feeley; sister, Margie Jean Graves; and his brother, Donald Roger Feeley.
He also leaves behind extended family: Dan, Norma, Stephanie, Garrett, and Jessica. He will remain in their hearts and memories. Tom also leaves behind his small friends Honey, Whiskers, and Pretty, who were the source of many hours of frustration and laughter.
Many thanks to Hoffmann Hospice, especially Nurse Marie, his excellent 24/7 care provided by Patty Mitchell and her staff, Patti, Lorie, Robyn, and Coleen, for comforting and caring for Tom through his journey.
