Arnold was born Sept. 24, 1943, in Akron, Ohio to Paul and Mary-Louise Given and passed away from this life on Jan. 19 in Bakersfield.
Arnold’s career love was the Santa Barbara County Fire Department. He was an Engineer and Paramedic, who truly loved his work.
