In Memory of Cierra Angelique Redenius

Five years have passed since our daughter Cierra Angelique Redenius was called home to be with Our Lord, Christmas night of 2007. She had just graduated from high school and was going to college to be a nurse. She had her whole life ahead of her, so we thought, yet God had other plans for her instead. Our beautiful Cierra was only 18 years old. We thank God for the time we had with her. We thank God that she accepted Christ.

Many of you knew her and knew how she passed. For those who did not, I want you to know life here is so precious, spend your time as if it was your last. Make that choice to choose God as your Lord and Savior, before it’s too late! Cierra was here and then she was gone. You see, she passed away from a car accident coming home from a snowboarding trip. Although, God gave us beautiful memories; a beautiful daughter that loved the Lord,  it still took time to heal from the pain of letting her go. We know she is at peace and is filled with an unspeakable joy that only we can imagine! So this Christmas and the many Christmas’ to come, we thank you Lord for your wonderful gift of giving us life with you in Heaven! Thank you for your sacrifice and thank you for the time we had for Cierra. Maybe to some you may think this was an accident, but to God it was not! We are all predestined on the day we go to be with him.

So as Cierra dances her last dance with her earthly Father, Rod, she takes a step back, taking the hand of her Heavenly Father, as she rejoices, “I’m finally home!”

“For all of us: I can only imagine what it will be like when I walk by your side.
I can only imagine what my eyes will see,
When your face is before me,
I can only imagine.
Surrounded by your Glory,
What will my heart feel
Will I dance for you Jesus
Or in awe of you be still
Will I stand in your presence
Or to my knees will I fall
Will I sing Hallelujah
Will I be able to speak at all
I can only imagine
I can only imagine.

I can only imagine when that day comes
And I find myself standing in the “Son”
I can only imagine when all I will do is forever, forever, worship you
I can only imagine
I can only imagine

I can only imagine
When all I will do
is forever, forever worship you
I can only imagine”
- Mercy me

We miss you very much and Love you so! Until we all meet again

As you celebrate Jesus’ birth, always remember he is the “Reason for the Season!” Have a Blessed Christmas!
Love, the Redenius Family
