Bonnie Marie Bednar died Aug. 25. She was born Feb. 7, 1935, the daughter of Russell H. Deal and Pearl Wurster in Mishawaka, Ind. She is survived by the father of her children, Earl Motts of South Bend, Ind.
Her children are: Judy Motts and James Motts of California, Jean Collins of Michigan, C.J. Rowland of South Bend, Ind., and John Motts of Mishawaka, Ind. Bonnie also has seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
She married David Bednar, D.C., in California in the early 1990s. He has also gone to be with the Lord. She is beloved by her family and friends alike. Memorial services will be at the Tehachapi Public Cemetery later this month. A small memorial with close family and friends is planned. Any monetary gifts we would ask to be donated for bone cancer research in her name.
