The Board of Directors of Funds for Freedom has expressed thanks to everyone who helped with the West Fire Relief Music Festival and help the victims of the West Fire.

“Without the help of the following organizations and individuals, our participation would not have been possible,” said spokesperson Jenny Miller.

“A special thanks to Greg Garrett of the City of Tehachapi, Michelle Vance from Main Street Tehachapi and the Tehachapi VFW Post for donating the tables and chairs that were used.

“Also, a big thanks to Knights Event Management — Gary Knight  — for providing security and Richard Miranda for volunteering to cover security for 12 hours by himself. Your time was greatly appreciated,” she said.

“We would also like to thank Budweiser for their continued support of our events and Ventura Temporary Services for so generously donating the security fencing as well as M & S Towing for their constant support.”

Nothing this organization does would be possible without the volunteers who give their time throughout the year, Miller added. This event was the success it was because of their dedication and hard work.
