Softball edged by Burroughs-Ridgecrest

The Lady Warriors nearly pulled a rabbit out of their hat in softball action last week in a close 8-7 loss to Burroughs-Ridgecrest.

Down 5-1 in  the top of the seventh inning, Mountain Softball reeled off six runs to take a 7-5 lead, but Burroughs answered in their final at bat in the bottom of the frame with three runs for the final 8-7 score.
