Reid Feeley turned in a pitching gem against Taft last week, going all seven innings and giving up only two hits en route to a 2-1 win for the Warriors.
Feeley struck out seven batters overall, giving up only one earned run in the dominating performance.
Eric Johnson scored both runs for Tehachapi (2-6) while also recording a hit in the game. Davin Domingo recorded a double, going 3-4 at the plate and driving in both Johnson runs.
Also recording singles were David Carter, Steven Nielsen and Feeley.
The win for Mountain Baseball was the first game of a double-header, with Taft getting revenge in the night-cap with a 6-0 victory.
Justin Amparan recorded a hit for the Warriors in the second game, while Carter had two strikeouts pitching.
The Warriors will have their next game at home this upcoming Tuesday against Delano. First pitch will be at 3:30 p.m.
