While traveling through California's Mojave Desert why not take a break from your travels and visit the Twenty Mule Team Museum. The Visitor's Information Center offers a wide variety of posters, postcards, rock samples, jewelry and other unique gift items.

Hours of Operation: The Twenty Mule Team Museum is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Special museum hours can be arranged for groups of 10 or more. The museum is closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.

Directions: 47 miles east of Tehachapi, off Highway 58 at Boron.
