Tehachapi High School’s varsity cheerleading team did well in its latest competition and is looking forward to California Interscholastic Federation competition after winter break.
“We took first place out of six teams and hit a zero deduction routine,” Varsity Cheer Coach Katy Licon said. “We are very proud of our girls considering we have two who are injured right now and had to change our routine a week out.”
